FOX has gone all-in with their musical drama ‘Monarch’. The show chronicles the Romans—country music’s ‘first family’, a dynasty filled with legends and legend wanna-bes who all want a piece of the family legacy. And of course… all the spectacle and theater that comes with money, power, and success.

Grit AND GLAMOUR

Kill 2 Birds created a textural, glittery promo package for ‘Monarch’ that leans into both the family prestige and the hidden drama lurking beneath the surface. The design utilizes detailed surfaces and music iconography [microphones, guitars, picks] made from beautiful black marble with shimmering gold veins — each fracturing at key moments in their respective animations. With each fracture, reflective gold dust particles explode out toward camera, adding a nice touch of depth within each scene.
